Head of Department. Whenever a master sound technician (A1), master electrician, master xxxxxxxxx, head rigger video engineer (EIC), property master, head projectionist (P1), teleprompter, special effects head, webcast technician, network engineer, high resolution routing engineer, graphics operator, or head computer technician (C1) is required to set up a show by virtue of installing equipment, patching, cueing and performs said work during the show, that employee shall be paid at the head of department scale.
