Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d). Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Restrictions/Market Abuse Laws Participant may be subject to xxxxxxx xxxxxxx restrictions and/or market abuse laws based on the exchange on which the shares of Common Stock are listed and in applicable jurisdictions including the United States and Participant’s country or his or her broker’s country, if different, which may affect Participant’s ability to accept, acquire, sell or otherwise dispose of shares, rights to shares (e.g., Performance Shares) or rights linked to the value of shares of Common Stock (e.g., dividend equivalents) during such times as Participant is considered to have “inside information” regarding the Company (as defined by the laws in applicable jurisdictions). Local xxxxxxx xxxxxxx laws and regulations may prohibit the cancellation or amendment of orders Participant placed before he or she possessed inside information. Furthermore, Participant could be prohibited from (i) disclosing the inside information to any third party, which may include fellow employees and (ii) “tipping” third parties or causing them otherwise to buy or sell securities. Any restrictions under these laws or regulations are separate from and in addition to any restrictions that may be imposed under any applicable xxxxxxx xxxxxxx policy of the Company. Participant acknowledges that it is Participant’s responsibility to comply with any applicable restrictions, and Participant should speak with his or her personal legal advisor on this matter.
Local Residents (a) A local resident is an individual who resides within a seventy-five (75) kilometer radius of the centre of a job site which is beyond daily commuting distance from Edmonton or Calgary or other locations where a hiring hall is located, and has resided within such radius of the site for a period of not less than six months prior to being engaged on the project. It is understood that the hiring of local residents shall be subject to the hiring procedures and prerogatives set out in this agreement.

Applicable Regulations If an issue relating to investments is covered both by this Agreement and by the national legislation of one Contracting Party or by international conventions, existing or to be subscribed to by the Parties in the future, the investors of the other Contracting Party shall be entitled to avail themselves of the provisions that are the most favourable to them.
