HAISCRIBE. The project team carried out the Stage 1 HAISCRIBE assessment on 1st October 2021, facilitated by Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) and attended by appropriate members of the project team. An IPC resource has been identified to support the project as it progresses through the future stages, and HAISCRIBE assessments will be undertaken at each stage of the project.
