Organisation Chart. To deliver the project successfully, good governance is required to monitor and direct it. The governance structure presented below has been set up and will be followed to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget and to the required quality standard. This provides the structure for approval of project matters, and a route to escalate decision making.
Organisation Chart. The organisation chart shall show the names of key persons who shall do the work. The leader of the tenderer’s team must be explicitly named. This person must be an engineer full-time employed, with authority enough to engage in commitments in the name of the contractor and to employ resources to fulfil the said commitments. The Curriculum Vitae of these persons shall be attached in a separate appendix to the technical proposal. In the case that the tender is granted, the contractor shall not be able to replace the personnel in the chart without a written authorisation of IAC.
