Common use of Groupings Clause in Contracts

Groupings. Employees will be grouped district-wide first in the following categories: (1) 51 Elementary, Grades K through 5; (2) Secondary, Grades 6 through 12. Employees will then be 52 grouped by education specialties within the above division. Specialties are defined as normally 1 accepted academic major and/or minor fields.
