GROUP PLAY. All dogs must pass a general behavior assessment in order to attend dog-dog group play. No dog may be admitted to group play who shows any signs of any type of aggression. Owner further understands and agrees that in admitting Owner’s dog(s) to dog-dog group play, Owner is representing to Happy Pets that Owner’s dog(s) is/are in good health and have not harmed, shown aggression, or exhibited any threatening behavior towards any person or other dogs. Any dog demonstrating aggression or other behavior deemed unacceptable by Happy Pets staff may be required to leave daycare/boarding.
GROUP PLAY. Should you desire that your pet participate in group play, the rate is $5.00 per day. Please refer to the Group Play contract for more details. Private Time/one on one times are $10 each.
GROUP PLAY. I understand that BratPak is a cage-free facility utilizing playgroups where multiple dogs interact. I understand that dogs play with their mouth and paws, which can result in nicks and scratches on my pet. While BratPak provides reasonable care and supervision in the playgroups, I understand and agree that BratPak employees may not notice these departure and, therefore, I might not be notified.
GROUP PLAY. Owner understands and agrees that in admitting Owner’s dog(s) to dog-dog group play, Owner is representing to Pet’s Best Friend, Inc. that Owner’s dog(s) is/are in good health and have not harmed, shown aggression, or exhibited any threatening behavior towards any person or other dogs. Any dog demonstrating aggression or other behavior deemed unacceptable by Pet’s Best Friend, Inc. staff may be required to leave daycare/boarding.
GROUP PLAY. All Owner’s Dogs must pass a general behavior assessment in order to attend Daycare. None of Owner’s Dogs who show any signs of any type of aggression will be admitted to group play. Owner further understands and agrees that in admitting Owner’s Dogs to Daycare, Owner is representing to BOW, RDH, RDBC, NPCA that Owner’s Dogs are in good health and have not harmed, shown aggression, or exhibited any threatening behavior towards any person or other dog. Any of Owner’s Dogs demonstrating aggression or other behavior deemed unacceptable by RDBC staff may be required to leave Daycare.

If owner has not disclosed prior acts of aggression towards any person or dog, owner may be held personally accountable for any injury or death incurred by other dogs in our care. Any dog demonstrating aggression or other behavior deemed unacceptable by Yuppy Puppy staff may be required to leave daycare/boarding.
GROUP PLAY. All dogs over 6 months of age must be SPAYED/NUETERED and pass a general behavior assessment in order to attend dog-dog group play. No dog may be admitted to group play who shows any signs of any type of aggression. Owner further understands and agrees that in admitting Owner’s dog(s) to dog-dog group play, Owner is representing to Four Paws Salon & Retreat, LLC that Owner’s dog(s) is/are in good health and have not harmed, shown aggression, or exhibited any threatening behavior towards any person or other dogs. Any dog demonstrating aggression or other behavior deemed unacceptable by Four Paws Salon & Retreat, LLC staff may be required to leave daycare/boarding.

Owner further understands and agrees that in admitting Owner’s dog(s) to dog-dog group play, Owner is representing to The Xxxx Ranch that Owner’s dog(s) is/are in good health. Any dog demonstrating aggression or other behavior deemed unacceptable by The Xxxx Ranch staff may be required to leave daycare/boarding.

Owner further understands and agrees that in admitting Owner’s dog(s) to Dog-on-dog group play, Owner is representing to Lazy Dogg Pet Salon & Daycare that Owner’s dog(s) is in good health and have not harmed, shown aggression or exhibited Any threatening behavior towards any person or dog. Any dog demonstrating aggression Or exhibiting any behavior deemed unacceptable by Lazy Dogg Pet Salon & Daycare may Be required to leave the daycare. Lazy Dog Pet Salon & Daycare will not accept any Dog(s) that exhibit any signs of aggression or biting. Lazy Dog Pet Salon & Daycare reserves the right to call the appropriate authorities, Including but not limited to Animal Control if Owner’s dog bites any person or other dog.

Owner further understands and agrees that in admitting Owner’s dog(s) to doggy day-care/ group play Owner’s dog(s) is confirming they have not harmed, shown aggression, or exhibited any threatening behavior towards any person or other dogs. Any dog demonstrating aggression or other behavior deemed unacceptable by Xxxxx Xxxxxx Dog Training staff maybe required to leave daycare. Our staff are qualified in knowing the difference between anxiety and aggression and will always attempt to settle any dog before asking them to be collected.
