Common use of Grievance Documentation Clause in Contracts

Grievance Documentation. All documents, communications and records dealing with the processing of a grievance shall be filed separately from the personnel files of the participants and shall not be forwarded to any prospective employer of the grievant, nor shall such documents be revealed or such grievance(s) be alluded to in any communication(s) between the administration and said prospective employer.
