Grievance Documentation. Copies of all documents, communications and records dealing with a grievance shall be maintained in separate grievance files by the parties. Copies of the documents, communications and records contained in the grievance files shall be provided by the Employer or the Union upon written request of either party to this Agreement or the Grievant.
