GRIEVANCE AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES. 20.1 If the Executive has any grievance relating to the Employment, he should raise it with the Chairman and thereafter (if the matter is not resolved) with the Board. In such a case the Board will deal with the matter by discussion and majority decision of those present and voting (but without the Executive being entitled to vote on that issue).
