If the Employee wishes to obtain redress of any grievance relating to his employment or if he is dissatisfied with any reprimand, suspension or other disciplinary steps taken by the Company, he shall apply in writing to the Chairman of the board of directors of the Company, setting out the nature and details of any such grievance or dissatisfaction.
