Granting of Leasehold Estate. The City hereby exclusively rents, leases and lets the Project to the Company, and the Company hereby rents, leases and hires the Project from the City, subject to Permitted Encumbrances existing as of the date of the execution and delivery hereof, for the rentals and upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein contained.

The Unified Government hereby rents, leases and lets the Series 2021B Project to the Sublessee, subject to Permitted Encumbrances, and the Sublessee hereby rents, leases and hires the Series 2021B Project from the Unified Government, subject to Permitted Encumbrances, for the rentals and upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein contained.

WCIC hereby exclusively rents, leases and lets the Project to Valent, and Valent hereby rents, leases and hires the Project from WCIC, subject to Permitted Encumbrances existing as of the date of the execution and delivery hereof, for the rentals and upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein contained.
