Base Lease definition

Base Lease means the Base Lease Agreement delivered concurrently with this Lease between the Company and the Issuer.
Base Lease means the Base Lease Agreement by and between the City and the Corporation to be dated as of the date of its delivery, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

More Definitions of Base Lease

Base Lease means the Base Lease Agreement dated as of October 1, 2024, delivered concurrently with this Lease, by and between the Company and the Issuer as from time to time amended and supplemented in accordance with the provisions thereof and of Article XII of the Indenture.
