Base Lease definition

Base Lease means the Base Lease Agreement delivered concurrently with this Lease between the Company and the Issuer.
Base Lease means the Base Lease dated as of [*Date*], 2021 between the City and the Developer, as may be amended from time to time.

More Definitions of Base Lease

Base Lease means the first issued lease on a tract of land prior to any assignments of the lease or renewals.
