Grant of Concessions. The provision against subletting above shall be applicable so as to prohibit Tenant from granting concessions without the consent of Landlord for the operation of one or more departments of the business of Tenant, and any grant of concessions consented to by Landlord shall be subject to the conditions that: (a) each such concession which may be granted by Tenant shall be subject to all the terms and provisions of this Lease; (b) the Gross Sales from the operation of each such concession shall be deemed to be a part of the Gross Sales of Tenant for the purpose of determining the Percentage Rent payable to Landlord; (c) all of the provisions hereof applying to the business of Tenant including, but not limited to, the provisions of Articles II and VI shall apply to each such concession; (d) unless otherwise approved in writing by Landlord, such department or departments shall be operated only as part of the business operation

  • Grant of Concession Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, the Authority and PLBs hereby grant and authorize the Concessionaire to design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) the Project and to exercise and/ or enjoy such rights, powers, benefits, privileges, authorizations and entitlements as set forth in this Agreement (“the Concession”) for a period of 00 ( Xxxxxx Xxxxx) years commencing from the Compliance Date and the concessionaire hereby accepts the concession and agrees to implement the project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  • The Concession 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 (ten) years commencing from COD, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  • TEXAS MOTOR VEHICLE BOARD LICENSING All that deal in motor vehicles shall maintain current licenses that are required by the Texas Motor Vehicle Commission Code. If at any time during this Agreement term, any required Contractor license is denied, revoked, or not renewed, Contractor shall be in default of this Agreement, unless the Texas Motor Vehicle Board issues a stay or waiver. Contractor shall promptly provide copies of all current applicable Texas Motor Vehicle Board documentation to H-GAC upon request.
