GOVERNMENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND BUILDING RULES. Tenant shall comply with all governmental laws or regulations applying to its use of the Premises. Tenant shall also comply with all rules established for the Project from time to time by Landlord. The present rules are contained in Appendix C. Failure by another tenant to comply with the rules or failure by Landlord to enforce them shall not relieve Tenant of its obligation to comply with the rules or make Landlord responsible to Tenant in any way.
