Governing Law and Judgments. In any proceedings taken in any of the Security Parties’ jurisdiction of incorporation or formation in relation to any of the Finance Documents in which there is an express choice of the law of a particular country as the governing law thereof, that choice of law and any judgment or (if applicable) arbitral award obtained in that country will be recognised and enforced.

Subject to the Reservations, in any legal proceedings taken in its jurisdiction of incorporation or establishment in relation to any of the Finance Documents to which it is party, the choice of law expressed in such documents to be the governing law of it and any judgment obtained in such jurisdiction will be recognised and enforced.

Governing Law and Judgments. In any proceedings taken in The Kingdom of the Netherlands in relation to this Agreement, the choice of Colorado law as the governing law of this Agreement and any judgment obtained in Colorado will be recognized and enforced.
Governing Law and Judgments. In any proceedings taken in its jurisdiction of incorporation in relation to this Agreement, the choice of English law as the governing law of this Agreement and any judgment obtained in England will be recognised and enforced on the basis of and subject to the limitations imposed by the 1980 Rome Convention on the Law Applicable to Contractual Obligations and by the Convention on Jurisdiction and the Enforcement of Judgements in Civil and Commercial matters of 27 September 1968 (as amended) and the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.
Governing Law and Judgments. 16.2.1 In any proceedings taken in its jurisdiction of incorporation in relation to the Finance Documents (except the Security Documents), the choice of English law as the governing law of the Finance Documents and any judgment obtained in England will be recognised and enforced.
