Governing Law and Judgments. In any legal proceedings taken in its jurisdiction of incorporation in relation to any of the Loan Documents to which it is a party, the choice of law expressed in such documents to be the governing law of it and any judgment obtained in such jurisdiction will be recognized and enforced.
