Governing Law and ICC. All disputes submitted to arbitration under this IP License Agreement shall be governed by the laws specified in the agreement that is the subject of the dispute. The arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”) shall apply to any arbitration under this IP License Agreement, except to the extent the provisions of this Exhibit B vary therefrom.
