Agreement to Governing Law and Jurisdiction. Each party agrees to the applicable governing law above without regard to choice or conflicts of law rules, and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts above.
Agreement to Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein (without giving effect to the choice of laws provisions thereof) and each party to this Agreement agrees to attorn to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

Any claim arising under or by reason of this Agreement will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois, and You irrevocably consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

This Agreement including its Annexes and Amendments and any arrangements regarding its performance, shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the Hellenic Republic. In the event of a dispute, claim or disagreement arising out of or in connection with the present Agreement (including a breach of its terms), the Parties shall make every possible effort to amicably settle such dispute, claim or disagreement in good faith. The courts of Athens, Greece shall be the only competent courts for the resolution of any disputes, of legal or tortious nature that may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination.

Each party agrees that this Agreement and Your use of the Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to choice or conflicts of law rules, and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal district court in Denver, Colorado.

Exclusive legal venue for all disputes under or in connection with this MSA shall be with the courts of Vienna, Austria, having subject matter and territorial jurisdiction. This does not apply to xxxxxxx proceedings and to cases of mandatory statutory venues which may not be derogated by party agreement.

Each party agrees that the laws of the Territory of the US Virgin Islands and controlling United States federal law shall govern this Agreement without regard to choice or conflicts of law rules. Each party agrees that the Territory of the United States Virgin Islands shall be the exclusive venue for any action or legal proceeding arising from or related to this Agreement. Each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of a territory or federal court located in St. Croix for any action or legal proceeding arising from or related to this Agreement.
