Goal Setting. Prior to the end of October, the teacher and evaluator shall discuss and collaboratively establish professional goals, student growth measures and student growth goals to be used for the year. Teachers will set a maximum of three (3) goals: at least one (1) must be student growth goal. The teacher and evaluator shall collaborate in identifying and documenting Student Growth Goals 3.1, 6.1 and 8.1, on or before the first pre-observation conference. The goal for Student Growth Goal 6.1 and 8.1 may be the same goal. By June 1, the teacher will sign two (2) copies of the Final Summative Evaluation Report. The signature of the teacher does not imply that the employee agrees with its contents.
