Common use of General Xxxx Clause in Contracts

You agree that all money and property that Stifel holds for you indi- vidually or in any joint account will be considered collateral and will be subject to a general lien in favor of Stifel. You further agree that Stifel is authorized to sell securities and/or purchase any and all property in any account to satisfy any obligation you have individually or jointly.
