General Service Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain information about your use of the Services and the Mobile Device. Standing Rock may elect or be required to file tariffs with the appropriate regulatory agency regarding the delivery of certain Services. In the event that such tariffs are filed with respect to any of the Services ordered by you, the terms set forth in the applicable tariff (or any successor document in the event of detariffing) shall govern Standing Rock’s delivery of, and your use of, the Services subject to the tariff. Such tariffs are hereby incorporated by reference.

OGS recognizes the need to promote the employment of service-disabled veterans and to ensure that certified service-disabled veteran-owned businesses have opportunities for maximum feasible participation in the performance of OGS contracts. In recognition of the service and sacrifices made by service-disabled veterans and in recognition of their economic activity in doing business in New York State, Bidders are expected to consider SDVOBs in the fulfillment of the requirements of the Contract.
