General provisions shift work. a. With due consideration of an average individual basic working week of 36 hours, the shift work activities are performed between Monday 9 a.m. and Saturday 3 p.m., with the exception of continuous shift work as mentioned in article 15 of this CBA. In mutual consultation between the employee and the employer, the start and finishing times of the shift work are designated within the limitations set out above.
