Common use of General Increases Clause in Contracts

General Increases. The following salary increases shall apply to those employees who are on the payroll as of the effective date(s) set forth: 1. Professional and Program Staff, Clerical Employees and Hourly Employees in the Community Programs. July 1, 2020 3.0% July 1, 2021 3.0% July 1, 2022 3.0% Professional and program staff and clerical employees who have not completed their probationary period, or any extension thereof, as of July 1 of any year, shall, upon completion of their probationary period, or any extension thereof, receive a proration of the last July 1 increase, if any, effective as of the first (1st) of the month following the completion of the probationary period or any extension thereof.
