Pro-Rata Rules. Contingent Hire (Extra Hire) employees, when applicable, and Regular Hire employees in part-time positions or Regular Hire employees who are granted a leave of absence shall be entitled only to the terms of a given provision as specified herein based on the ratio of regular hours worked to the standard work week for that classification.
