General Increase. 123 Effective October 1, 2000, three (3) percent general salary increase monies calculated on the September 30, 2000 total salary base will be made available for all employees who received a satisfactory rating on the latest employee evaluation. For purposes of this provision, an employee shall not be considered unsatisfactory until the employee’s performance is determined to be unsatisfactory in two consecutive evaluations.
