Common use of General Duties of the Contractor Clause in Contracts

General Duties of the Contractor. Contractor and the Exchange acknowledge and agree that Contractor’s QHPs are important to furthering the goal of the Exchange with respect to delivering better care and higher value. Contractor agrees that Contractor’s QHPs identified at Attachment 1 (“Contractor’s QHP List”) shall be offered through the Exchange to provide access to Covered Services to Enrollees in accordance with the terms and conditions required by this Agreement and as required for designation of each health insurance plan as a QHP. Contractor shall maintain the organization and administrative capacity to support and ensure implementation and operation of this Agreement. This requirement includes the following:
