Applicable Law and Regulation. This Agreement will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. However, notwithstanding any of the terms or conditions of the Agreement, the Tariff shall govern. If a change in the Tariff creates a conflict with any section of this Agreement, either party may cancel this Agreement immediately upon delivery of written notice of such cancellation to the other party. Further, the operation and effectiveness of this Agreement shall not continue if such continuance would violate any applicable statute, regulation or other jurisdictional authority.

However, in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Tariff, the Tariff shall govern. Further, the operation and effectiveness of this Agreement shall not continue if such continuance would violate any applicable statute, regulation or other jurisdictional authority. Customer agrees to provide to the Company any information the Company is required to collect by law or regulation regarding the Customer’s RNG facility. The Minnesota Public Utilities Commission requires the Company to collect the following information for each interconnected RNG facility: (1) the feedstock of the RNG facility, (2) the total amount of RNG expected to be provided, (3) the mix of end-uses of the digestate, (4) if known, the state(s) in which the entity or entities purchasing the RNG from the producer are located and the end-use for which the RNG is being purchased, (5) methane leakage control and mitigation measures employed by the producer at the production and upgrade facility, (6) estimated amount of methane leakage for the producer and a description of the methodology used to develop that estimate, and (7) an analysis of the lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions, including emissions associated with the upgrade facility, of RNG volumes provided by the producer – and a description of the methodology used to develop the lifecycle analysis.
Applicable Law and Regulation. All orders entered into the System and all transactions executed for ARCA’s account shall be subject to the laws, rules, and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (the “NASD”), applicable laws, rules and regulations of any federal, state or self-regulatory agency, and the constitution, rules, regulations and customs of the exchanges, markets and clearing agencies where transactions for ARCA are executed, cleared or settled.
Applicable Law and Regulation a) This Agreement is in accord with and pursuant to the California Affordable Care Act, Section 100500 et. seq., Title 22 of the California Government Code (Chapter 655, Statues of 2010 and Chapter 659, Statutes of 2010) and the implementing regulations, Title 10, Chapter 12 of the California Code of Regulations, §6400 et seq., as enacted or as modified during the course of this Agreement. This Agreement is also in accord with and pursuant to the Federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and its implementing Federal regulations, as enacted or modified during the course of this Agreement, including but not limited to standards for qualified health plan certification set forth at 45 C.F.R. Part 156 et seq. (Subpart C: Qualified Health Plan Minimum Certification Standards).
Applicable Law and Regulation. 2.1. The obligations of Company and Developer under this Agreement are subject to laws of the State of Minnesota, and;

Each party shall act in accordance with each of such requirements and obligations and no party shall be required to take any action in breach of any such requirement or obligation.
Applicable Law and Regulation. 41.1 These Terms and Conditions and any orders and trades are subject to all Applicable Law and regulation, including (but not limited to), the CySEC rules, articles, by-laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and interpretations of any relevant exchanges, markets and clearing houses in which we may elect to hedge any trades; and any other applicable regulatory, self- regulatory or governmental authority requirements ("Applicable Law").
Applicable Law and Regulation. 5.1. In the interpretation and enforcement of the provisions of this Agreement the Parties shall be governed by the laws of Saint Xxxxxxx and Grenadines.
