Common use of General Coordination Clause in Contracts

General Coordination. A. Coordinate the efforts of member agencies that have pending PERB matters, including rule-making procedures and important areas of case decisions; furnish "amicus curiae" support in cases of general employer interest. This shall be accomplished in coordination with the counsels representing the school districts, community college districts, county offices of education and other public agencies and/or through special legal service contracts as authorized by law.
