General Conditions Related to Petroleum Operations. (a) Subject to the approvals of appropriate governmental authorities, which approvals shall not be unreasonably withheld, the Contractor shall have the right to construct, operate and maintain roads, drill water xxxxx and to place and/or construct fixtures and installations necessary to conduct the Petroleum Operations, including but not limited to, storage tanks, trunk pipelines, shipment installations, pipelines, cables or similar lines, liquefaction, processing and compression, located inside or outside the Contract Area, as well as construct, operate and maintain or lease facilities for the transportation of Crude Oil and Natural Gas from the Contract Area. Any required governmental approvals may be conditional on the use by other producers of the excess capacity, if any, of those facilities. Where the Minister and Contractor agree that a mutual economic benefit can be achieved by constructing and operating common facilities, the Contractor shall use its reasonable efforts to reach agreement with other producers on the construction and operation of such common facilities.

Through a school-based decision-making process, each school will define the staff working conditions necessary for student success. School leadership teams will create and publish annual “school operational plans” which will outline working conditions of staff in the building. Such operational plans will be subject to the Superintendent’s review and approval.

  • For General Conditions Costs Contractor’s Application for Payment shall be submitted on a Schedule of Values approved by the Owner and include complete copies of all receipts, invoices with check vouchers or other evidence of payment, payrolls, and any and all other evidence which Owner or its designated representatives shall deem necessary to support the amount requested. This information is subject to audit and payment for these costs is dependent on Owner’s receipt of accurate and complete records of all transactions. Owner may reduce the amount requested for General Conditions Costs in any Application for Payment if Owner, in its good faith judgment, determines that the unpaid balance of the General Conditions line item in the Schedule of Values is not sufficient to fund necessary General Conditions Costs for the remainder of the Project.

  • Suspension of unsafe Construction Works (i) Upon recommendation of the Authority’s Engineer to this effect, the Authority may by notice require the Contractor to suspend forthwith the whole or any part of the Works if, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority’s Engineer, such work threatens the safety of the Users and pedestrians.
