It shall also include their legal representative(s), successors or assigns. ‘Site’ means GUEST HOUSE & STAFF COLONY PREMISES, VIJAYNAGAR, JABALPUR. ‘Contract value’ means the value of the entire work as stipulated in the work order conveying acceptance of the tender subject to such additions thereto or deductions there from as may be made under the provision herein after contained. ‘The schedule of quantity’ means the schedule of quantity as specified and forming part of this contract. ‘Workses or ‘work’ means the work(s) described in the “Scope of Work” and/or to be executed in accordance with the contract and includes labour, materials, apparatus, equipment of all kinds to be provided, the obligations of the contractor hereunder and work to be done by the contractor under the contract. ‘Month’ means calendar month. ‘Week’ means seven consecutive days. ‘Day’ means a calendar day beginning and ending at 00 hrs. and 24 hrs.
