GED and On-Line Programs. The School’s educational program as contained in the application and currently operated and as reviewed by the District does not include an on-line program pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 00-00-000 et seq., or a GED and the School is accordingly prohibited from offering such online or GED programs.

GED and On-Line Programs. The School’s educational program, as described in the Renewal Application and currently operated and as reviewed by the District, does not include an on‐line program pursuant to C.R.S. §22‐30.7‐101 et seq., or a GED program. The School is accordingly prohibited from offering such online or GED programs, except as may be required to be in compliance with a national, state, or local health order. This section shall not prohibit remote education, if any, provided by the School with District approval as a temporary expedient in response to: a declared emergency, in the event the School facility is temporarily unusable, or to provide learning access to a student who is temporarily unable to attend school.

During any period in which the School facility is closed, whether due to a federal, state or local disaster or public health order or other circumstances requiring building closure, the School may use online or other distance learning methods to continue instruction until such time as return to instruction in the facility at normal capacity is permitted by law.   • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.

  • Modification of the Programme 1. Unless otherwise explicitly stipulated in this programme agreement, any modification of the Programme is subject to prior approval by the FMC.
