GARBAGE AND REFUSE. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and recyclable items must be brought to the basement or other area designated by Owner in such a manner that Owner may direct. Carpets, rugs, or other articles shall not be hung or shaken out of any window or balcony of the building. Tenant shall not sweep or throw or permit to be swept or thrown any dirt, garbage or other substances out of the windows or into any of the halls, elevators, elevator shafts or any other public areas. Tenant shall not place any articles of refuse outside the apartment or outside the building except in safe containers and only at places designated by Owner. Tenant shall be liable to Owner for any violations issued to Owner as a result of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s failure to properly recycle or other violation of law.
