Common use of Garbage and Refuse Disposal Clause in Contracts

Garbage and Refuse Disposal. No Lot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for rubbish. Incinerators shall not be used or permitted to be erected or placed on any Lot. Trash, garbage or other waste shall not be kept except in sanitary containers. All equipment for the storage and disposal of such material shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition and shall be concealed underground or screened from the view of neighbors or the public.
