Weeds Sample Clauses
The "Weeds" clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to the management and control of unwanted or invasive plant species on a property. Typically, this clause outlines which party—such as a tenant, contractor, or property owner—is responsible for identifying, removing, and preventing the spread of weeds during the term of an agreement. For example, it may require regular inspections, prompt removal of weeds, or compliance with local regulations regarding noxious plants. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the property remains well-maintained and compliant with environmental or legal standards, thereby preventing disputes and potential penalties related to weed infestations.
