Common use of Furnishing Documentation Clause in Contracts

Furnishing Documentation. The Company will furnish to each Investor whose Registrable Securities are included in a Registration Statement, or to its legal counsel, (a) promptly after such document is filed with the SEC, one copy of any Registration Statement filed pursuant to this Agreement and any amendments thereto, each preliminary prospectus and final prospectus and each amendment or supplement thereto; and (b) a number of copies of a prospectus, including a preliminary prospectus, and all amendments and supplements thereto, and such other documents as the Investor may reasonably request in order to facilitate the disposition of the Registrable Securities owned by the Investor. The Company will promptly notify by facsimile or email each Investor whose Registrable Securities are included in any Registration Statement of the effectiveness of the Registration Statement and any post-effective amendment.
