Full-Time Position. Position in which the weekly working hours are equal to or greater than seventy-five percent (75%) of the duration regular workweek. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, a periodic position shall be full time only if the number of hours of active service in the position is equal to or greater than seventy-five percent (75%) of the number of hours of the regular workweekwork year.
