4Certifications Sample Clauses

4Certifications. Whenever the Company is required by law, rule or regulation or requested by any governmental authority or by the auditors to provide certifications with respect to the Company’s financial statements or filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any other governmental authority, Executive shall sign such certifications as may be reasonably requested by the Board of Directors of the Company, with such exceptions as Executive deems necessary to make such certifications accurate and not misleading.
