Full Time Drivers. 10.3.1 The District will create a new classification of driver-a 180-Day Full Time Driver, thirty-two (32) hour minimum position. The District will, budget permitting, maintain 100 of these positions. 10.3.2 The District and the Union agree to increase the number of 180-Day Full Time Driver, thirty-two (32) hour minimum positions, as practicable. 10.3.3 Drivers who are holding forty (40) hour full time positions as of711/06 shall be grandfathered and will retain their position until they permanently vacate the position for any reason. A listing of these individuals shall be retained by both the Union and the District.
