FTO Pay. Officers assigned as FTO shall be compensated one dollar fifty cents ($1.50) per hour in addition to their regular hourly pay rate for each hour worked during their tenure as FTO. The FTO compensation shall be added to the regular hourly pay rate when computing the overtime rate of pay. The additional $1.50 per hour shall not be applicable to any cash payouts made by the City.
