Common use of FTO Pay Clause in Contracts

FTO Pay. An employee assigned in writing and as directed by department management to be a field training officer (FTO) shall be paid an additional 2.5% of their base pay per pay period. This amount will be increased to 5% of their base pay per pay period during any period in which the employee is assigned to work with a trainee as an FTO.
