FTO Pay. 1. Employees, other than MPOs, who are assigned Field Training Officer responsibilities, shall receive an FTO differential of $3.50 per hour for each hour worked while training. 2. The Employer may continue the practice of nominating officers for annual leave awards for performing field training duties.
