FTCA Liaison. In accordance with the requirement in 25 CFR, Part 900, Subpart L, subsection 900.188(a) the contractor agrees to designate an individual to serve as tort claims liaison with the Federal government. The tort claims liaison shall provide the assistance specified in 25 CFR, Part 900, Subpart L, subsection 900.188(c).
