Freight Term. Freight term is FOB Destination for domestic delivery or Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) for Contracts utilizing INCOTERMS. Contractor will suitably package Products and prepare for shipment to secure lowest transportation rate and comply with carrier regulations. Each shipping container shall be clearly marked with (a) Contractor name and address; (b) University name, address and Contract; (c) container number, total number of containers; and, (d) identification of container bearing packing slip. Unless otherwise stated in the Contract, Contractor will be responsible for all freight charges.

All Products will be received subject to the University's right of inspection and rejection on non-conforming or defective goods. Those Products rejected because of inspection will be held for Contractor's inspection at Contractor's risk and, if Contractor directs, will be returned at Contractor's expense. Freight to and from original destination is Contractor’s responsibility.
Freight Term. Unless designated otherwise: (i) For DDP Orders: All the risk in terms of the cost of Material, Transportation to the Buyer's destination, all duties & Taxes at the origin up to final destination are bounded with Seller (ii) For DDU Orders: All the risk in terms of the cost of Material, Transportation to the Buyer's destination, all duties & Taxes at the origin except the duties & Taxes at the destination are bounded with Seller and (iii) For Ex-Work, FCA, CFR & CPT Orders: All the risk in terms of the cost of Material, Transportation to the Delivery Point, all duties & Taxes at the origin are bounded with Seller. For all type of orders, all risk of loss shall remain with Seller until goods and services have actually been received and accepted by Buyer or nominated agent at the applicable destination according to the terms and conditions of this Purchase Order. The goods or services ordered must be received no later than the delivery date specified.

  • Contract Term The Contract end date, wherever such reference appears in the Contract, shall be changed from June 18, 2020 to June 18, 2021. The Contract Term may be renewed for one additional one-year period at the discretion of the State. Child Support (Applicable to natural persons only; not applicable to corporations, partnerships or LLCs). Contractor is under no obligation to pay child support or is in good standing with respect to or in full compliance with a plan to pay any and all child support payable under a support order as of the date of this amendment.

  • Service Term XOOM agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The term of this Contract will begin when your local utility switches your account to XOOM and will continue for the Contract Term set forth in the accompanying Product Sheet.

  • Meal Period A Contractor shall schedule an unpaid period of not more than 1/2 hour duration at the work location between the 3rd and 5th hour of the scheduled shift. A Contractor may, for efficiency of operation, establish a schedule which coordinates the meal periods of two or more crafts. If an employee is required to work through the meal period, the employee shall be compensated in a manner established in the applicable Schedule A.

  • Initial Term The initial term will begin on the date set forth in the Contract documents or on the date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later.
