Accordingly, Xxxxxxxxxx agrees to cooperate and coordinate with the City or its designee to exploit opportunities to expand public and Customer knowledge concerning needs and methods to reduce, reuse, and Recycle Discarded Materials and to cooperate fully with City in this regard. Franchisee acknowledges that they are part of a multi-party effort to operate and educate the public about the regional integrated waste management system.
