Common use of Framework of the Engagement Clause in Contracts

Framework of the Engagement. The Company acknowledges that it is hiring the Temporary Staff purely to assist the Company and its Board of Directors in the management and restructuring of the Company. This engagement shall not constitute an audit, review or compilation, or any other type of financial statement reporting or consulting engagement that is subject to the rules of the AICPA, the SSCS, or other such state and national professional bodies.
