Formation Documents; Purchase Agreement. The Borrower will not amend, modify, waive or terminate any provision of its Formation Documents or of the Purchase Agreement (including any Purchase Agreement Supplement) in any respect which would be reasonably expected to materially and adversely affect the Administrative Agent or any other Secured Party, without the prior, written consent of the Administrative Agent.
