Common use of Formal Agreements Clause in Contracts

Formal Agreements. The Owner acknowledges that Tenant may be required by financial lenders or financial partners to execute more formal agreements and will cooperate with Tenant to promptly enter into more formal agreements in a timely manner as may be requested by Tenant. Any such new formal agreements shall contain all of the rights, obligations and financial terms of the Agreement, this Amendment No. 5 and Amendments 1 through 4, unless agreed otherwise upon mutually agreement of the Parties.
