Forfeiture of Ownership. If the vendor doesn’t collect the returned products within fourteen (14) days following the notification by ECART SERVICES KENYA LIMITED of the availability for collection of such items, ECART SERVICES KENYA LIMITED will engage in the legal procedures required to dispose of the goods by issuing the relevant notices in accordance with the law.

  • Forfeiture Unless otherwise specified in the Vesting Agreement, upon the occurrence of any event specified in a Vesting Agreement as resulting in either the right of the Partnership or the General Partner to repurchase LTIP Units at a specified purchase price or some other forfeiture of any LTIP Units, then if the Partnership or the General Partner exercises such right to repurchase or forfeiture in accordance with the applicable Vesting Agreement, the relevant LTIP Units shall immediately, and without any further action, be treated as cancelled and no longer outstanding for any purpose.
