Returned Products. Delivered Goods returned to Seller require prior written approval from seller before such goods will be accepted. Handling, inspection, restocking and invoicing charges will be accessed, if applicable, plus any outgoing packing and freight expenditures paid by Seller. All returns allowed must be shipped to Seller prepaid and must be in excellent resale condition. Goods processed to Purchaser’s specifications are not returnable.
Returned Products. If an originating product of a Party exported from that Party to a third country returns to that Party, it shall be considered as a non-originating product unless the returned product:
Returned Products. 7.2.1 For Products that do not satisfy the Product warranty provisions set forth in this Agreement, Masimo’s sole liability, and Subsidiary’ sole remedy under any warranty obligation is, at Masimo’s sole discretion, to repair or replace the Product or to refund the purchase price paid and accept return of the Product.
Returned Products. Kin Yat shall establish a program for analyzing Product returns and for tracking Product return rates and failure types. Kin Yat will utilize iRobot provided Return product information in such analysis and tracking. Returned Products. All returned Products shall be handled by Distributor’s established return procedure and the details of each return shall be documented.
Returned Products. (a) Company shall be responsible for handling all returned Products, including shipment and compensation or credit for the returned Products. Any Products inadvertently returned to Vendor shall be shipped to Company or at its direction, in compliance with Company's returned goods policy, and Vendor shall advise the customer who made the return that the Products have been returned to Company. Company shall reimburse Vendor's shipping and other costs in connection with the handling of such returned Products within thirty (30) days of delivery to Company of Vendor's statement for such costs. Upon request Vendor shall provide Company with documentation relating to such costs.
Returned Products. 11.1. Products may be returned only with the express prior written authorization of Seller.
Returned Products. Returning delivered Goods to Seller requires prior written approval from an authorized ECM-USA representative before such Goods will be accepted. We reserve the right to deny returning Goods for any reason. Handling, inspection, restocking and invoicing charges of up to 20% will be applied at our discretion, in addition to any outgoing packing and freight expenditures paid by ECM- USA. All returns must be shipped to ECM-USA prepaid and must be unused in as-shipped condition. Goods that are processed to Purchaser’s specifications are not returnable.
Returned Products. Purchaser shall not return an EMSL product without EMSL’s prior written permission. EMSL reserves the right to decline all returns or to accept them subject to a handling/restocking charge. Even after EMSL has authorized the return of a product for credit, EMSL reserves the right to adjust the amount of any credit given to Purchaser on return of the product, based on the condition of the product upon arrival at EMSL’s facility. Credit for a returned product will be issued to Purchaser only where such product is returned by Purchaser and not by any subsequent owner of the product. EMSL will consider a product for return only if it is in its original condition and packaging.
