Forfeiture of Awarded Units. Except as otherwise provided in Section 3.a. above, upon the Participant’s Termination of Service for any reason, the Participant shall be deemed to have forfeited all of the Participant’s Unvested RSUs. Upon forfeiture, all of the Participant’s rights with respect to the forfeited Unvested RSUs shall cease and terminate, without any further obligations on the part of the Company.
Forfeiture of Awarded Units. Except as otherwise provided in Section 3 and Exhibit A, upon the Participant’s Termination of Service for any reason, the Participant shall be deemed to have forfeited all of the Participant’s Non-Vested PSUs. Upon forfeiture, all of the Participant’s rights with respect to the forfeited Non-Vested PSUs shall cease and terminate, without any further obligations on the part of the Company.
Forfeiture of Awarded Units. Unvested Units shall be forfeited on the earlier of (i) the Vesting Date, to the extent the performance conditions set forth in Exhibit A have not been satisfied and the Awarded Units have not vested in accordance with Section 3, and (ii) subject to Section 3, upon the Participant’s Termination of Service for any reason other than the Participant’s death or Total and Permanent Disability. Upon forfeiture, all of the Participant’s rights with respect to the forfeited Awarded Units shall cease and terminate, without any further obligations on the part of the Company. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided herein, if the Participant incurs a Termination of Service due to his or her death or his or her Total and Permanent Disability, the Unvested Units shall not be forfeited upon such Termination of Service, and the Participant shall be treated as if he or she is continuing to provide services for purposes of applying the vesting provisions set forth in Section 3 above and on Exhibit A.
Forfeiture of Awarded Units. Unvested Units shall be forfeited, without the payment of any consideration therefor, immediately upon the Participant’s Termination of Service. Upon forfeiture, all of the Participant’s rights with respect to the forfeited Awarded Units shall cease and terminate, without any further obligations on the part of the Company.
Forfeiture of Awarded Units. Awarded Units that are not vested in accordance with Section 3 above shall be forfeited on the date of the Participant’s Termination of Service for any reason. Upon forfeiture, all of the Participant’s rights with respect to the forfeited Awarded Units shall cease and terminate, without any further obligations on the part of the Company.

Forfeiture of Awarded Units. Awarded Units that do not become vested and payable in shares of Common Stock in accordance with Section 3 shall be forfeited on the earlier of the date of the Participant’s Termination of Service or June 3, 2014.
Forfeiture of Awarded Units. Forfeiture of Awarded Units. Except as otherwise provided in Section 3.a. above, upon the Participant’s Termination of Service for any reason, the Participant shall be deemed to have forfeited all of the Participant’s Unvested RSUs. In addition, if, prior to the Vesting Date, the Participant ceases to serve as chairperson of the applicable committee of the Board for any reason, then a prorated portion of the Awarded Units shall be forfeited, based on the number of days the Participant served as chairperson of such committee during the vesting period commencing on the Date of Grant and ending on the Vesting Date. Upon forfeiture, all of the Participant’s rights with respect to the forfeited Unvested RSUs shall cease and terminate, without any further obligations on the part of the Company.
